Iron Weights
Iron weights are an important part of a good home gyml. There is no replacement for heavy iron, and that is why we have chosen quality weight plates that will last the test of time. No sloppy finishes that chip away, no breaking, just good solid weights.

Metal Plates
The Standard Metal Plates great iron weights. We like these weights because they’re good, cheap iron which is useful for any home gym. The weights are milled to within 2% of the claimed weight, so there’s no need to deal with problems like some plates being heavier or lighter than they should be. Check them out by clicking here

Pendlay Econ V2 Bumper Plate Weights
The Pendlay Econ Version 2 are great bumper plate weights. These weights are great to use if you plan on doing some Olympic lifting and need to drop the bar from over head. These particular weights are excellent for indoor lifting because they don’t bounce much and thus are less likely to bounce into furniture/walls/feet (some bumper plates have higher bounce and are more difficult to control). Pendlay Elite Bumper Plate Weights
The Pendlay Elite bumper plates are a large step above the Econ V2′s. The biggest difference is the large zinc disc which ensures high durability and a tight fit around the bar to prevent wobbling. Just like the Econ V2′s above, the Elites are more traditional bumper plate weights which don’t bounce high when dropped. This is usually what most Olympic weight lifters prefer because they are very often working with heavy weights and can’t afford 300 lbs bouncing on their feet. These bumper plates are also guaranteed to be within 10 grams of the claimed weight, which is a very tight tolerance. These are available in a variety of different colors, and both pounds and kilos.
