A good power rack is the best way to workout with a barbell because it offers more safety and usefulness than a squat rack. If you have a barbell overhead and lose your balance, the power rack will stop you from falling over and you can safely drop the barbell onto the spotter bars. Also, they all come with solid pull up bars and most have optional dip bars or lat pull down attachments that can easily be added on to add even more functionality.

Powertec WB-PR10 Power Rack
The Powertec Power Rack is an excellent power rack and a big step up from the Powerline rack. For a few dollars more than the Powerline, you get a power rack that includes a dip bar and can safely handle 800 lbs. It also has other optional attachments such as a lat pull down bar if you want to add even more features.
